Raw card restoration
$150 per cardOur most popular service, for cards that are not in a slab. Every card is inspected under the microscope at 10x to 40x before, during and after restoration.

Slabbed card restoration
$175 per cardFor cards in a PSA, CGC or other slab. We carefully crack the slab, then restore the card with the same microscope process.

Once a slab is cracked, the original grade is permanently void.

Do you guarantee a higher grade?
No. PSA, Beckett and other graders decide grades independently, so no grade, grade increase or value increase is guaranteed. We assess the physical card, treat what can safely be improved and prepare it for grading. The results on this page are real client cards shared with permission.
What cards do you restore?
All collectible cards. Pokémon is a big part of what we do, but we also restore sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and other trading cards, both raw and graded. Not sure about yours? Book a $20 consult and we'll take a look.
Do I have to be grading my card?
Not at all. Plenty of collectors send us cards they will never grade, just because the card means something to them. We restore it with the same care either way, and it comes back in fresh sleeves ready for your binder or display.
How do I know if my card is worth restoring?
Start with a $20 Digital Card Consult. Send photos, and we tell you honestly what could be improved and whether restoration looks worthwhile before you commit. The consult fee is separate from any restoration.
What can you improve?
Depending on the card: dents, creases, edge lifts, bends, impressions, surface contamination, residue, raised fibres and some edge, corner and holo imperfections. Missing ink, fibre loss, deep scratches and damage through the print or holo layer may remain visible.
Can you send my card for grading for me?
Yes. When you book, choose PSA, Beckett or TAG and we handle the whole process through our grading partner, so your card comes back to you graded. Grading Prep is added to your order so your card is ready to submit, but you don't pay any grading fees at checkout. Once restoration is complete, we email you the latest grading fees and options to confirm before we submit.
Can you restore cards that are already graded?
Yes. We regularly work with cards in PSA, Beckett, CGC, TAG and other holders. We crack the slab safely, assess and restore the card, and prep it for resubmission.
I am overseas. How do I send my cards?
Collectors from 50+ countries send us their cards, and return shipping is free worldwide on orders over $1,000. After checkout you get our shipping guide by email, covering packing, tracking, customs paperwork and what to include. You remain responsible for an accurate customs declaration.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround depends on the card and our workload, so we confirm an estimate once your cards arrive. Need it sooner? Priority is usually around 10 to 25 days and Urgent around 0 to 10 days. All times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Every order carries our satisfaction guarantee. Email us about the specific concern and send the card back, and our head restorer will take another look. T&Cs apply. This does not cover a grading result being lower than hoped, and it never limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if I change my mind?
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. If you cancel before any work starts, an approved cancellation is issued as store credit. Once restoration, slab cracking or submission processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
